Technology Strategist and Architect

Owens & Minor

Created and designed a new customer-facing website for O&M’s corporate university. Developed user personas, wireframes, supporting collateral, and marketing campaigns that grew the website and learning management system from concept to a resource used by 46,000+ users across 350+ hospitals, generating $4.6 million in net revenue in the first year.

2012 - 2013

Technology and Marketing Strategist


Launched a creative agency focused on helping new and emerging companies create strategic plans to increase revenue through digital marketing and utilize cloud-based apps to scale with limited resources available.

2011 - 2012

Vice President of Marketing


Produced first measurable view of marketing operations for CRM data management company by defining processes, establishing KPIs, and streamlining operations by implementing project management software. Strategy created $450 thousand in new business and added $1.2 million in qualified sales opportunities.

2005 - 2008

Chief Technology Officer

SYMX Technologies

Founded company, designed UI/UX and led the development of core web platform. Created marketing strategy that led to profitability in six months and the formation of strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins. Company later acquired by Disney.
